Splash to Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) seams

Is there anyone out there that is using epoxy (w/color) to finish the splash/Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) seams. I started doing this a few months ago and (http://maplered.com) really like the finished look of it. But...its a pain in the butt. I'm trying to come up with a more efficient way of applying it. Have tried everything from finger to blade, which work well but need a lot of cleanup that takes more time than the application.
